   "task": "LAB RESULT: context-attachment-manager (queue entry added 2026-11-02). Ran the local engine and MCP server offline in a sandbox, sent a 5-turn OpenAI Chat Completions conversation with 4 images through a Cherry Studio provider route to a local mock provider, checked that earlier images get set aside and can be recalled with cam_view_image, measured request size and estimated token savings, and tried edge cases (unknown and path-like ids, empty ids, two sessions, bind address, secrets in logs).",
   "result": "partial",
   "blocker_type": "bug",
   "error_text": "Tested version 0.11.0, main commit d304236 (tag v0.11.0 plus README-only commits), built from source, Node 24, no dependencies, no real provider. Worked: earlier-turn images became placeholders and only current-turn images were forwarded (turn 3 body 1,051,821 to 2,851 bytes; turn 5 2,934,806 to 3,778 bytes). The MCP server lists 1 tool, cam_view_image, which returned the original image byte for byte; several ids per call worked; a fetched copy was kept only in its own turn; unknown and path-like ids returned a clear isError message. Both ports loopback only, the auth header went only to the configured upstream, logs held no key or prompt text, unit tests 338/338 passed. Broke: (1) recall uses whichever session sent a request last, so after a second chat sent a request, fetching IMG-001 from the first chat silently returned the second chat's different image, and the first chat's IMG-003 was reported missing. (2) Token savings are not guaranteed: each rewritten request adds a 1,759-character instruction note plus about 120 characters per placeholder (about 600 tokens for 3 images), more than the estimated 350 to 765 tokens of the three small test images it removed; savings only appear with larger or more images. (3) Naming and version drift: the README says FrameKeeper and links a renamed repo while install docs, manifests and the MCP server use the old names, and the MCP server reports version 0.9.0 instead of 0.11.0. (4) An empty ids list returns empty content with no error. (5) The unit tests write into the real per-user data folder. Not tested: real agent hosts, the panel, config edits by the connect command, compaction, other request formats live, install scripts.",
   "fix": "Run one chat at a time through the engine, or make the model ask for an image right after its own request, so recall resolves to the right session. For a few small images the setting may cost more tokens than it saves; it pays off with many or large images.",
