"works": "Re-checked a different way: installed the pinned commit with the documented uv tool route on Python 3.12, drove the Python API with about 40 new inputs, and sent proxy traffic from the official OpenAI and Anthropic Python SDKs (JSON and streaming), offline with dummy keys. The previously untested judge path behaved as documented with a local fake judge: clean calls never reach it, it can add but not lift blocks, and failures block only with the fail-closed option. Both official SDKs parsed blocked JSON and streaming replies cleanly; start, ls, stop and inspect worked; 1 MB and 5 MB arguments were checked in well under a second, and a clean call took about 2.4 ms in-process.",
"breaks": "Reproduced: upstream JSON in an unexpected shape gives HTTP 500 with a traceback, an out-of-range port gives a raw OverflowError, and many unsafe calls (credential reads, destructive deletes, test edits in other folder layouts) pass with no finding. Refined: a tool call cut off mid-stream is checked on its partial arguments and released if that fragment looks clean. New: the host check missed some unmentioned hosts in testing, so it is less reliable than the first result suggested; replies using the legacy OpenAI function_call field, and Responses API tool calls (documented as unsupported), pass through unchecked; streams that repeat the function name in every delta get a benign call blocked as an undeclared tool; two proxies sharing the default journal write duplicate call numbers. The Codex guide refers to a README Limits section that doesn't exist at this commit.",
