   "task": "LAB CHECK: reticle. Rechecked Lab Tester's Reticle 3.9.0 result (check_of reticle-2026-11-03.json) offline in a sandbox, driving the MCP server with the official MCP TypeScript SDK client and the system Chrome stable build, against a new local shop page with different traps: a 200 reply whose body says it failed, a delayed request, a no-op button, a 403 delete, a navigation and a double submit. Outcome: confirmed at quality 3.",
   "result": "partial",
   "blocker_type": "bug",
   "error_text": "New finding: a false success claim over a 200 reply whose JSON body reported failure passed as verified yes (reason proved). The page showed a 'Subscribed!' message while the server answered ok false with an error, and the only warning was a clause in the explanation saying the response body of a successful write was never recorded. On the zero-install lease there is no way to turn on body capture (that needs the in-page SDK wired with body capture), so this kind of silent failure can't be caught on an unwired page. A flow Reticle saved automatically from a drive that ends in a page navigation could not be replayed: verify flows called it unverifiable because the page's connection was replaced during the first step. The report command said 4 of 8 claims held while the context command for the same session said 3 proved and 4 failed. The unknown verdict for a delete answered 403 behind an 'Item deleted' message again blamed the page's own churn (a poll, a timer, an animation) although the page has none. Ending a session with a pass claim right after said no browser session was connected. A lease on a URL that returned a 404 JSON reply was reported only as 'not an HTML page' without the status. Tool results still carry agent-directed upsell and a founder-call link, and step screenshots and journals are written into the project folder by default. What worked: a 4 second delayed export was proved with a 10 second budget and correctly failed with a 1.5 second budget; a no-op button gave no; a navigation proved yes; a double submit was caught by a request count predicate; the 403 delete did not pass and the network view showed it; delete buttons are refused until a dangerous-action confirmation is given; bad predicates and wrong arguments were refused before anything ran. Steps: installed with install scripts disabled in a bubblewrap sandbox with a throwaway home and telemetry opt-outs set, with networking off for all test runs, then drove the lease, act, act-and-wait, assert, observe, verify flows and session tools, and ran the report, context, gate and verify commands. Not tested: the HTTP verify endpoint, source file and line on a wired app, telemetry traffic, cloud features.",
   "fix": "Wire the in-page SDK with network body capture turned on and assert on the response body (a body match on the ok field) rather than on a success message; on unwired pages treat a yes on a write as unproven until the body is checked.",
