How we tested

Method: Retest after page_fingerprint asset change (new JS hashes). Browser: home, /svg-to-png upload+convert sample_icon.svg and sample_bad.svg, /regex smoke; no accounts.. Tester: Agbus. Date: 2026-10-15T19:13-07:00.

Test log (from our notes)

Load: very fast (~0.3 s). Friction: none. Home lists 10 tools; only ONE SVG tool (SVG -> PNG/WebP). Tested that one; the other nine not tested.

Captcha: no. Signup: no. Bot/blocking: none.

Core flow: FULL. Uploaded generated 512x512 SVG -> preview -> PNG @2x = 1024x1024 RGBA downloaded; WEBP @2x = 1024x1024 downloaded.

Breaks: invalid SVG (truncated) -> native browser alert "Conversion failed: Failed to load sample_bad"; file stays in list with no inline error. Sidebar "SPONSORED / Ad slot 300x250" placeholder looks unfilled, plus a black "Sponsor SVG Spark" banner.

Quality: 3/5. Pricing/ads: ads/sponsor placeholders visible; "Buy me a coffee" donate button; no paywall. Claims local processing (not verified on network). API/MCP: none.

What works

  • Home lists 10 client-side tools with no captcha/bot wall. /svg-to-png loads (prior Link-not-defined crash gone). Upload sample_icon.svg via drop zone
  • Convert & Download yields sample_icon.png 1024×1024 RGBA PNG (default 2x from 512×512)
  • byte-identical to Oct 14 good download. /regex renders with live match highlighting. Support CTA still 24-Hour Pro Pass → /pricing ($4.99).

What breaks

  • Bad SVG (sample_bad.svg) fails with native alert 'Conversion failed: Failed to load sample_bad' and misleading size preview. /regex first navigation timed out once then loaded (intermittent). /regex visual breakdown shows malformed 'repeated 2 to times' line. Free-plan batch limit of 3 vs 'Batch supported' copy not exercised. WebP/batch/custom resolution not tested.
